Looking for a disability inclusion advocate to serve on your board of directors?

Lonnie Pacelli, DIchampion.com creator, has over 35 years’ experience as a project management & leadership practitioner at Accenture, Microsoft, and as an independent strategy consultant and author. He left Microsoft in 2004 so he and his wife Patty could focus on homeschooling their son Trevor who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in 1997. Trevor is now an independently living and working adult. Lonnie's experience raising Trevor developed in him a passion for helping people with disabilities. He serves on the board of directors at Northwest Center, a $60m disability inclusion non-profit that operates 6 businesses which fund services provided to people with disabilities. He is the author of Behind Gold Doors-Seven Steps to Create a Disability Inclusive Organization, the inspiration for the DIChampion.com website.

Lonnie and Patty have a book publishing company with two book series they've created; the Six-Word Lessons Series and the Tell Your Story Series. They are both very active in the autism community with their website GrowingUpAutistic.com.
